Saudi Arabia Joint Venture Forum

This is the third year we convene this Saudi Arabia Joint Venture Forums, a new way for Saudi practitioners to bi-annually connect, learn, and share experiences with others in the unique role of working with joint ventures in the Kingdom. Regular roundtable meetings are at the heart of the Saudi Arabia JV Forum. During this 90-minute session, we share novel benchmarks on the performance and lifespans of partnerships in the Kingdom; case examples on why some partnerships fail; and international best practice for the front end of the deal processes where companies often misstep, all as part of an open format discussion.
