January Partnership Conversation: Partnership Deal Types

In 2024, we’re kicking off our Partnership Conversations series in which we will be holding 20-30 minute discussions on JV and partnership topics with our own JV and partnership experts and outside guests. Our Partnership Conversations come out on the last Wednesday of the month and can be viewed either at the prescribed time or on demand thereafter.

In our January Partnership Conversation, we’ll be talking about different Partnership Deal Types.

We’ll chat about questions like:

1. What collaboration types are available to companies and how to choose between them?
2. Should your collaboration be structured as a joint venture or a contractual partnership?
3. Are there certain structures or deal terms that are more appropriate for non-traditional partnerships (i.e., deals that are not normal or comfortable for your company)?
